We do not collect your NRIC number.

We do not control and shall not be responsible for the collection, use and protection of your personal data by any party with whom we share your personal data. In the event that the recipients of your personal data are located outside Singapore, you agree that we may transfer your personal data subject to us using reasonable efforts to ensure that the standard of protection afforded to your personal data is comparable to the protection afforded under the PDPA.

5. Accuracy of Personal Data
We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to maintain customer data accuracy but you are responsible for providing accurate and updated information to us. If you should wish to view, correct, update, or remove your personal information from our records, or have any other queries regarding the use of your personal information, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our data privacy officer at data_officer@teckwah.com.sg. Please give us a reasonable period to process your requests. Please note that some information may remain in our records, including as part of anonymised aggregated data.

We retain personal data for as long as the purpose for which the data was collected exists. Thereafter we will destroy or delete the information or remove the association between you and the data, unless otherwise required by Law or accounting or business requirements.

This Website may contain links to third party websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other such websites. We do not control, endorse and shall not be responsible for the collection, use and protection of your personal data by any third party websites.
